Printing Update

Hello all,
So we did receive the electronic proofs, however there were a lot of issues due to our printer companies errors. They seemed to be confused about several products and didn't send proof files for parts of the game. We are sending them fresh files with even more in depth information to try again. At this time we are unsure if this will affect our estimated shipping date, it depends on how fast they get us back the 2nd attempt of electronic proofs.
Just a heads up, I will be unreachable from 11/19-12/4 but hopefully I will have an update for you shortly after I return.

Again, apologies for the delays, files have now been sent!!!
This now starts the 3-4 month process of printing:
In about 2 weeks, we should receive the electronic proofs. If everything looks good, then
...
About a month later we will get the flat paper proofs. If everything looks good, then
...
About a month after that we will get the final prototype copy proofs. If everything looks good, then
...
The printer puts everything together which takes about 2 weeks and gets it on a boat.
Then it spends about 2 weeks on a boat, and one week sitting in a port before it arrives to our warehouse.
Sometimes things go faster, sometimes things go slower in this process, but we will keep you updated on each of the above mentioned steps.

Hello all,
We are just about ready to send files, we had some complications in the final proofing process that adding a few extra weeks onto the project. However, I can tell you that the battle packs look amazing and will be such a blast to add to your Warfighter game!!!
So tentatively, we are sending files on Monday.
With sending Files at the end of October, we estimate delivery will now be around the end of February/ Early March. (Fingers crossed there will be no printer delays). Our printer told us that if we get them files before November, then the Chinese New Year shouldn't affect our printing process.
We know this is much later than our original estimated delivery and are incredibly sorry for the delays.
Backerkit will remain open for you to add to your order or change your address until about January. I will post an update a week before I intend to close the backerkit.

Sorry it took a little longer than planned, I have just been working on the Battle Packs endlessly so that we can get them out on time! :)
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. You can also pay for extra add on’s you may want through your survey link until it is closed.
